Thanks for the automatic email and the video as well. I did enjoy the videos about metaphor both in English and Chinese. I did write down all the different points that I could understand when watching the English video. Today when watching the Chinese video, I found that there were some things I missed. The things what I missed are what I did not understand. Let me answer the following four questions: 1, What did you learned today? I learned more about metaphor. I learned that there are a lot of metaphor in any language. They are very useful and help us understanding and momerising. 2, What sentence from today's class left the deepest impression on you? "increasingly easy", instead of sentence, this phrase left the deepest impression on me. "increasingly easy" is equal to "easier and easier". It's a new way for me to express the same meaning. And I think it's a metaphor also, just like “far too”. 3, What was the most useful learning experience you had today? The most useful learning experience I had today is to write down the points that I understand from the English Video and compare with the Chinese Video. From that I know better how well I understand and learn more the the parts that I did not know before. 4. How do you feel about the things you learned today? They are very useful and helpful.
